Through the quote request form we only collect the data you give us:
- name, phone number and email address;
- tax details (name or company, NIF and billing address), only if you ask for them to appear on the quote;
- services of interest and the location and characteristics of the property;
- information included in the description of your request;
- photos or documents you choose to attach.

- To respond to your request and answer your questions;
- to arrange a site visit, if needed;
- to prepare and send the quote or information about our services;
- to communicate with you about your request.
We do not use your data for advertising.
5. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR.
6. How long we keep your data
Personal data is kept only for as long as needed to respond to your request. If the quote is not accepted, the data is deleted within [PERIOD, e.g. 2 years]. If the quote is accepted, it is kept for as long as needed to carry out the work and to meet legal obligations, particularly tax obligations.

CAJC does not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties, except with technical service providers who support us (for example, the hosting of this website), who act only on our instructions and are bound to keep the data confidential, or where required to comply with legal obligations.

- ask for processing to be restricted, or object to it;
